Basic License
This is what is quoted on the website.
Images - Images
are 300 dpi, JPG format
Basic Licensing
- License photos for commercial use. They are either for
printed material (ie. ads, magazines, newspapers) or
electronic use (ie. television, web. movies) Rights are
granted for one
image, single-use on the image. You only get the
rights you pay for.
More Licensing -
If you need license for multiple uses or times (ie.
running the same ad in several different magazines) you
need to contact me for pricing.

Copyright- Copyright for the images remains with
me, Michelle M. Pillow, the photographer.
You must contact me
for the following licenses.
Prices will depend on the intended use and will be
negotiated.

Multi-seat licenses (unlimited users)

Electronic
templates for resale on websites, brochures, business
cards, e-greeting cards, etc.

Limited run
license (like on products for resale, bookcovers,
DVDs, ect)

Unlimited
reproduction/print run license (several hundred
thousand plus)

Video
games, videos, movie, television commercials, digital
display larger than 800 x 600
Delivery -
Images will be delivered to the email address you've
provided after payment has cleared.
All sales are final.
Absolutely no refunds or replacements. Because of
the nature of electronic formats, I DO NOT accept
returns once the order is placed, so please consider
your selection carefully.
PLEASE NOTE:
I am not
responsible for how you use the licensed images. They
may or may not require a model or property release,
especially if they depict people, copyrighted items or
trademarked items. You, as the user/publisher take
responsibility for the image(s) use. I recommend
contacting your legal representative if you have
questions.

About Ordering
Fine Art Prints
Image Size - On the ordering pages, the
sizes listed are the final paper size. Images
will be printed to fill as much as this space as
possible. In some cases, depending on the
photograph, there may be minor image cropping or
white space left. Whatever the case, the utmost
will be done to ensure the best possible
finished product. If you have concerns, email
before you buy. I want you to be happy!
Paper - Kodak Professional Supra Endura
Paper
- Features rich colors and
exceptional, smooth flesh-tone reproduction.*

stability --100 years in typical home display,
200 years in dark storage, 1 to 5 years for
commercial display (depending on light and
temperature)*
Choice of Two
Finishes - Gloss (Metallic) or Medium
Gloss (Lustra)
- Gloss (Metallic)- Ideal for
outdoor images, black/white, and portraits

- Medium Gloss (Lustra) -
Medium contrast for more true to life skin
tones. Enhanced highlight and shadow detail.
Image/Color
- Final image color might not match the image
you see on your computer. This is especially
true for canvas prints.
Watermarks
- The "P" watermark and website info on the
displayed images does not print on the final
product.
Autographs
- I do not autograph the prints or put "limited"
run numbers on them. They come clean and ready
for display.
Shipping
- Most items will print within a week and ship
within the following week (sometimes sooner).
Mounted prints, framed prints and gallery wraps
will take longer. Shipping times are also
affected by the shipping option you choose. Free
shipping on orders over $75.
Tax -
Taxes are automatically calculated at check out,
depending on your location.
Returns &
Refunds - Absolutely no refunds. If your
print arrives damaged you must contact me
immediately (within 3 business days) so I can
make arrangements to have your item replaced.
Damaged materials will need to be returned.
All Sales Are
Final.
Canvas / Gallery
Wraps
Gallery Wraps are printed on high
quality canvas stretched completely around the
edges. They come ready to hang; complete with
backing, mounting bracket and protective UV
coating.
Frames and
Mounting
All Prints are
sold without framing or mounting.
A Note About Frames -- Because of the extra
weight, having the item framed will add
significantly to the shipping cost and you might
want to consider having it framed locally.
If you would like to add these services to your
print, you must order them at the same time.
(check the mounting and framing options under
categories) Be sure that the size of frame or
mounting that you choose matches EXACTLY to the
size of your print. If you are ordering more
than one print, please email a detailed list of
which print goes with which frame/mounting.
DO NOT BUY FRAMES OR MOUNTINGS FOR GALLERY
WRAPS.

How do I use my credit or debit card to make a
PayPal payment?
Answer :
You can choose your credit or debit card as your
payment methods when you send a PayPal payment.
Click the Change link when sending a payment.
Note: If there is enough money in your PayPal
balance to cover the payment, you cannot use your
credit or debit card as a payment method for that
payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can enter
your credit or debit card information during the
checkout process to complete the payment.
Other Payment Methods
At this
time we prefer to process all sales through paypal

There are no shipping charges on Image Licenses
delivered by email.

Returns/Refunds
Absolutely no
refunds. If your print arrives damaged you must contact
